Terms and conditions of service

These terms and conditions govern your relationship with Suzy Dale Ltd, a UK-registered company providing career coaching services. By engaging in any service with us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

Confidentiality and data protection

We respect your privacy. All client information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- We will never disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

- You have the right to access your personal data and request correction or deletion where applicable.

- Please retain copies of all documents shared during your engagement.

Online bookings and payment

- Payments for online bookings must be made in full at least 24 hours before your session. Until payment is received, we cannot confirm your appointment.

- Payment is currently accepted via PayPal. If you require an alternative method, please contact us in advance.

Instalment plans

- We offer instalment plans for larger packages to improve accessibility. These must be agreed before your first session.

- An administrative fee of £20 applies to all instalment plans.

- Missed payments may result in the suspension of services.

Pricing

- All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

- Prices are subject to change without notice. Once a service is booked and paid for, the price is locked in.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

- You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

- Cancellations of bookings made online within 24 hours of the meeting are non-refundable unless due to exceptional circumstances.

- If you're unable to attend, a phone or online session can be arranged as a substitute.

Lateness

- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to treat the session as a cancellation.

Evening sessions

- Evening slots are popular. We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Termination of agreement

- Suzy Dale Ltd reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion. If sessions are terminated early by us, you will be refunded for any unused, pre-paid sessions.

Refunds for coaching packages

- If after attending at least two sessions of a package you decide not to continue, we will refund the remaining sessions, minus any used sessions charged at the standard individual rate and less any cancellation fees for missed appointments.

- Refunds will only be granted where sessions are cancelled in accordance with our 24-hour policy.

Disclaimer and results

- While we commit to high standards and client satisfaction, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary depending on personal commitment and external factors beyond our control.

- We track client feedback and outcomes for continuous improvement and may publish anonymised data.

Information provided to us

- Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including CVs and other documentation. We accept no liability for consequences arising from incorrect or misleading information.

CV support

- Your CV review service includes one complimentary review following your consultation. Additional reviews may be charged at a pro rata hourly rate.

Technical issues

- We are not responsible for technical issues affecting service delivery, such as internet outages or third-party software failures. We will always aim to resolve any disruption promptly.
